This project was a major addition to the existing Pereleman Center for Advanced Medicine and Translational Research Center, a nearly 1 million square foot research and outpatient care facility at the University City campus in Philadelphia, PA. The project includes multiple phases, detailed as follows: South Pavilion Expansion: Seven-story, 210,000 sf addition with provision for ten-story future expansion School of Medicine: Five-level, 140,000 sf addition atop the South Pavilion Expansion including a new atrium and TRC connector atop the existing PCAM building School of Medicine, Lecture Hall: New lecture hall to be constructed atop existing PCAM building South Tower: Nine-story, 328,000 sf addition atop the South Pavilion Expansion and School of Medicine building with connector bridges to the TRC building. Designed for flexible office or laboratory space. |
