New 80,000 sf performing arts center with large performance hall to seat 500, as well as another large rehearsal space, dance, instrument, and acting studios, practice rooms, a cafe, and appropriate back of house space.

Odeh has partnered with Seattle based MKA to design this challenging structure, which includes unique suspended balconies that can be reconfigured to change the size and acoustic properties of the space. The performance space is column-free, and has a glass curtain wall all around the base to make the interior transparent to pedestrians outside. Additionally, the building features a dramatic 40' cantilevered lobby, which will be constructed using a composite vierendeel truss system.

Using an innovative Integrated Project Delivery framework, the building is under construction with expected completion 2022.
