The Harlo is a new 17-story modern apartment tower in Boston’s popular Fenway district, comprised of 212 units, ground floor retail space, and two story below grade garage. The most identifiable feature of the building is its asymmetric shape, which was created by cantilevering one corner of the building out in two directions, creating bold sloped walls.

Odeh Engineers used the "Girder-Slab" system, constructed using precast concrete planks with flush-framed composite beams, resulting in maximum ceiling heights while minimizing floor to floor height. The system also allowed for rapid construction on a tight urban site with challenging logistics.
